Q: CAN WE ACCESS THE WAREHOUSE ON-LINE?
A: Yes. You can access the CB Track application with 24/7
Access. All screens displayed are shown in an easy to use
Web Browser. Reports can be exported into Excel for easy
manipulation.


Q: CAN YOUR CUSTOMERS FIND OUT ABOUT THEIR
DELIVERY STATUS?

A: Yes. Your Customers can use the 24/7 Access for
status inquiries of their shipments if they have a user ID
and password. When the order is received by the customer,
the Proof of Delivery can be confirmed using any Browser.
If you use our transport network the Proof of Delivery
information is available via the 24/7 Access.


Q: CAN YOU SCHEDULE PICK-UPS OR DELIVERIES
OVER THE WEB?

A: Yes. Orders can be placed directly into our systems
via the web.

DO YOU HAVE COMPANY-OWNED WAREHOUSE
LOCATIONS AND IF SO, WHERE?

A: We have Company Owned locations in Brewster, NY,
Southampton, NY, Larchmont, NY, Dallas, TX,
and Dulles, VA.

DO YOU HANDLE DOMESTIC AND/OR INTERNATIONAL
FREIGHT MANAGEMENT?

A: We handle both Domestic and International Freight
Management for our customers. We can consolidate and containerize products for shipment by both sea and air.

  Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED WHEN THEY
ARRIVE AT THE WAREHOUSE?

A: We inspect every piece that arrives at the warehouse.
If a carton is damaged, wet or just doesn’t look right we
will note the deficiency on the paperwork, alert the
purchaser of the goods and initiate the freight claim.

Q: WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER WITH YOUR
FINAL MILE DELIVERIES?

A: We can provide touch-up, deluxing, installation of bed
frames, artwork, and headboards, leveling of case goods
and assembly of items that ship knocked down.

Q: WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER WITH RETAIL FIXTURES?
A: We offer the following services:
• Coordinate shipping and receipt of fixtures
• Unload all fixtures and move to designated areas
• Real-time Notification to client that the shipment
has arrived, fixtures are accounted for, and report
any missing or damaged items
Install fixtures per layout, elevation and per floor plan
• Clean all fixtures prior to merchandising and remove
all debris
• Review installation with store representative and sign
project completion form
• Notify client that the project is complete and installation
has been approved
• Conduct a customer satisfaction survey
