The staff is well versed in receiving, inspecting, managing
your inventory and storing your customer’s goods.
Our on-line system will allow you to track your orders from receipt
in our warehouse to the delivery at the customer’s home. Pack
slips and proof of delivery will be attached to each order
for your viewing on line.
Should a piece be received damaged, it will be signed for as such
on the trucker’s paperwork. A photograph will be taken and emailed
to you and attached to the on-line inventory. Collins Brothers
Worldwide can assist in your filing of a freight claim as well as
assist with getting an estimate for repair. Product received at
the warehouse that is deemed non repairable will be rejected.
When your customer is ready for delivery, our dedicated crews
will deliver, place, assemble and remove debris at your customer’s
home or office giving your customer an exceptional “Final Mile” delivery.
