for communication between your organization and our worldwide
team, as well as all communications with direct ship vendors.
The project manager schedules, plans and prioritizes every task
in advance of your project, manages all on-site labor, ensures
that all rules and regulations are followed, creates Pre-Punch
lists, and works with the design team and ownership to ensure
that the finished product meets everyone’s expectations.
